1、 Introduction to MapGIS Technology Certification
MapGIS technology certification is a professional technical certification in the field of GIS in China, which reflects the ability of MapGIS users to master the application of MapGIS related software technology. Its purpose is to help MapGIS users master the application skills and product advantages of MapGIS related software, stand out in work applications, and achieve the maximization of unit value and personal value.
The MapGIS technology certification project is divided into the MapGIS application engineer exam and the MapGIS certification lecturer exam. The MapGIS Application Engineer Certificate is a recognition of the holder's proficiency in operating and applying MapGIS related software, while the MapGIS Certified Lecturer Qualification Certificate is a recognition of the holder's proficiency in operating, applying, and training MapGIS related software. Obtaining this certificate proves that they have the level of a software training instructor.
2、 Certified subjects
The subjects to be applied for may vary due to the renaming of the system name, and the subjects to be applied for by candidates are not limited to the above subjects. For detailed information, candidates can consult the certification center to confirm the subjects to be tested (consultation telephone 027-87611193).
3、 Exam format
①. The MapGIS application engineer exam is divided into a comprehensive written test and a computer-based test. After passing both the written and machine tests, one can obtain the MapGIS Application Engineer qualification certificate.
②. The MapGIS instructor exam is divided into a comprehensive written test, a computer-based test, and an oral test. After passing the written test, machine test, and oral test, one can obtain the MapGIS lecturer qualification certificate.
③. Those who have obtained the MapGIS application engineer qualification can apply for the lecturer exam of this software course without written and machine exams, and can directly participate in the oral exam.
4、 Application Process
①、Candidates choose to apply for the certification subjects (such as MapGIS K9 basic platform, MapGIS rural land secondary survey database construction and management system, MapGIS land electronic government system, etc.), download the registration form on the registration page, and complete the information in the form.
②、Send the form to the designated email address：cpzcb@mapgis.com。
③、Within three working days, the Examination Management Center will contact and communicate with you to arrange the time and location of the exam.
④、If the exam is passed, relevant certificates will be issued within seven working days.
⑤、Students majoring in Geographic Information, Resource Management, Computer Software, and related fields, as well as professionals in the Geographic Information and related industries, technical personnel engaged in MapGIS software services, and trainers, can download the registration form to register for the exam.
